Returns and Refunds Policy for Google Merchant Center

Return Period:

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you have a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. You may initiate a return for any Product (as defined below) purchased on following the terms outlined below.

Return Authorization:

To request a return, you must obtain a return authorization within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at [email protected] to request and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

The RMA number is required when returning the product.

After obtaining an RMA, please return the item and email us with the RMA and tracking number to facilitate the return process.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for returning the Product to the provided address at your expense within 30 days of receiving the RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), and all original accessories must be included in the return.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send an email to [email protected] for further instructions on the return process. Note that exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
