I didn't have to wait too long. The colouring of the print is wonderful. I had prompt and friendly service reply to all my queries from Jammie. (She's awesome. ) My second hoodie arrived about a week or so after the first and my daughter was thrilled with it as her birthday present. The hoodies are silky, smooth and comfortable. I ordered this product back in November....I received it on Saturday....opened it up just to find d I had the right product in the right size, but with the wrong custom name on the sleeve.....sent my email and still waiting to hear back.....
